What do you like most?
I'm really happy using the Exely system. The channel manager and reservation management functions work smoothly and quickly. We can instantly synchronise price updates and room status across all platforms. The support team also helps quickly whenever needed.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Although the system is generally successful, some parts of the interface could be simplified for new users. Expanding the detailed reporting section and charts could make our work much easier.
