Overall, good products but definitely can be better in the future. Hope this review will help the team to meet client's requirement thus increasing product satisfaction. Jeannie/Consultant is very helpful and guide us throughout the migration process (pre & post). The trainer assigned to our property/Kash, need more training and should be more interactive with the participants.

What do you like most?
New items that I figured out and ease the work process: 1. The rate override - reduce rate code creations 2. The import rooming list by using the excel sheet 3. Merging duplicate profiles-can choose multiple profile at one time 4. Item inventory- accurate tracking availability for extra bed, cots, etc 5. Tiles- can add on/removed based on your preferences 6. Can access from anywhere as long there's internet
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
There are lots of things can be improved: 1. Booking search- For example by arrival date-not able to sort the name by alphabetical, room type, date, etc. Same goes with group rooming list. 2. Too much of mouse clicking - need to click to view certain info, to update/edit, to delete, to save. Delayed the work process. Good if can minimized this process - save time! 3. Restrictions - Cannot split either by rate code or room category. All mixed up! 4. Auto logout after 15 minutes 5. Report- should be able to custom certain reports rather need to access R&A 6. Cancelled booking- CANCELLED status should be highlighted in RED (font color) and make it BOLD (be able to differentiate between active & cancelled bookings) 7. Basic Search field- should be able to trace by insert multiple confirmation number at one time. 8. Copy Reservations- some details not captured/missing in the copied booking (new bookings) 9. Some details in booking cannot be re-arrange due to setting limitations. Control panel/Personalized button also not helping.
