What do you like most?
Profitroom booking engine gives us opportunity to present our clients exactly what we want and setup the best booking journey for all our clients. Conversion of reservations has rapidly increased after switching to Profitroom Booking Engine 360. Finally team support is great and very open to any suggestions. Nearly all our requests and feedbacks were implemented very fast. There is great approach in integration of other systems and easy to use interface.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Channel manager needs a major upgrade, that is reason we do not use it. However the booking engine and communication tools are brilliant. Rateplans with option to choose which currency will be used, would also help.
