What do you like most?
I really appreciate HotelTime's user-friendly interface and intuitive design. The system helps us keep our operations under control and allows us to focus more of our time and energy on what matters most – taking care of our guests. Thanks to HotelTime, we can also operate our hotel in a fully automated, reception-free mode, which is a huge advantage for us.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
There is very little I would change about the system. However, I see great potential in integrating more AI-powered features that could further automate daily operations, simplify routine tasks, and help hoteliers focus even more on their guests.
