What I like most about Hostaway is how seamlessly it centralizes all reservations, guest communication, and channel management in one place. Its automation tools save a huge amount of time, and the platform gives me full control and visibility across every booking. Overall, it makes managing multiple properties much more efficient and stress-free.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
One area that could be improved is the overall speed and responsiveness of the platform during peak usage times. It would also be helpful to have more flexible automation options and deeper customization in message templates. Enhancing the mobile app experience would make on-the-go management even smoother for hosts.
