Simplotel has a great team that is supportive, responsive, and always ready to help. They understand our needs quickly and deliver solutions with professionalism. Working with them is smooth, reliable, and truly satisfying.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
If Simplotel could offer 24×7 support, it would greatly enhance the overall experience. Currently, support is unavailable on Saturdays and Sundays, which sometimes leads to delays. Extending support hours would make their service even more dependable.
