What do you like most?
If you’re managing a luxury portfolio, you know that standard “out of the box” pricing tools usually break the moment you try to scale. We needed a partner that could handle the heat, and PriceLabs has been exactly that. I’ve been working with them for a while now, and they’ve become a core part of our revenue strategy at The Maimon Group. Whether we’re diving into complex API syncs or building out high-level owner analytics, the tech scales with us. But the real magic is the team. A huge shout-out to David and Akshay. They’re incredibly present and easy to reach, which is rare at this level. You’re not chasing responses or waiting on tickets, they’re right there in it with you, brainstorming, troubleshooting the “impossible”, and actually listening when we suggest new features. They’ve made us feel like their only client, and more importantly, they’ve become a team we rely on, not just a tool we use.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
