What do you like most?
-Quick responses and effective problem-solving. -I also really like that guests can complete the pre check-in, including payment, before arrival. It removes one of the most challenging aspects for us.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Sometimes things don’t run as smoothly as we’d like. However, I believe part of the issue may also be related to our PMS system.
