What do you like most?
Nothing at this point. I can't get answers to questions about my services. No response from sales, customer service or accounting.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Response to client. I have invoices that appear to be for duplicate services, but no one in sales or customer services will call me back. I have called and emailed both. Invoices are past due, but I won't pay what I don't understand.
