What do you like most?
User-friendliness, pricing algorithm, and market monitoring are very well implemented. We switched from a competitor's product to happyhotel and are generally satisfied, except that happyhotel's support is unavailable to me.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Overall, I'm satisfied with the product and its implementation, but the interface to Casablanca PMS doesn't seem to be working correctly. I'm experiencing unexplained discrepancies in my revenue and haven't been able to get support to help me with the issue. After 18 days and several emails, I still haven't received a callback to help narrow down and resolve the problem. I'll keep trying.
