What do you like most?
I like the wide variety of uses and features it offers, I can manage all my properties from a single platform; create invoices for apartment owners in the case of direct management; the housekeeping with the workers.....
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Well, in the case of managing third-party apartments, we work with the same conditions, rates, policies..... it is the same dynamic, and we have to create the same structure over and over again every time we create a new property, which makes it a bit repetitive. It would be interesting that when creating a new property, the application copies the same structure and information from the rest of the properties or from the main account, since it does not differ at all from the rest. Another thing to improve is that since the license payment is made annually, if during the year you stop working with a property, you lose the proportional part of what was paid until the end of the year for that apartment. It does not seem fair to me.
