What do you like most?
The support we have received from the MB team (Wendy,Tate & Reshma) has been wonderful. The system seems to be working well for our team. We were previously using a similar product, however MB had more features available then what we were using.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I believe we are the first company in Australia to use MB. We have had teething issues with Setup but thats mainly due to the terms we use and understanding the MB Terminology, overtime this should improve. But otherwise we have been happy.
