What do you like most?
Openroom stands out for its stability and reliability. Since implementing it, we haven't experienced any downtime or significant errors, which is crucial when every booking counts. Synchronization with OTAs is precise and automatic, saving us a lot of time on manual tasks. Furthermore, the learning curve is very short: the team adopted it without difficulty and was using it fluently within days. It's an engine that simply works, and that's invaluable in our daily operations.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It would be great to have a more comprehensive mobile app to easily check the status of reservations when you're not at your computer. The automated customer communication section could also be improved. These are minor details that don't detract from the overall experience, but they would make it even more complete.
