What do you like most?
What I liked most was that Julia was onsite for 3 days. I could have taken her more but that would have made us dependent on her. (I think 3 days is a good amount) Then set us free to fly on our own. Having her here made the change over for me less stressful. Julia was clam and adapted her teaching/training skills to my staff when they were having a hard time learning or just taking extra time to get it rite. Julia had such a positive presents everyday. There are no other words but she was just simply wonderful. I can't wait to help her next month with Harbor Hotel.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I know you have videos, but having someone at the property was amazing. At this moment I would say no changes. Julia did a wonderful job for us. We all thank you ever so much. Yes I called customer support already. I was told I might be on hold long time. Again nothing to improve. They answered fast and was able to help with within 5 minutes.
