The depth of the DATEV interface and the flexibility in invoice processing and splitting are particularly impressive, significantly streamlining processes between IT and finance. We greatly appreciate the tailored approach for large corporations, as the team not only provides premium support but also delivers specific feature developments and customized reports precisely aligned with our reporting structure. The Booking Engine Pro has proven to be technically stable and conversion-intensive, while the automation of event management through arrangements significantly reduces operational complexity. The fact that the provider maintains a direct interface with our IT management through personal on-site visits underscores their commitment to a collaborative partnership that extends far beyond a simple software subscription.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Given the extensive functionality and diverse configuration options for PMS, channel management, and direct bookings, the initial implementation effort for a large corporation should not be underestimated. The learning curve for employees in the various departments is quite steep at the beginning, which is why close support during onboarding and consistent use of on-site meetings are essential to fully integrate the system into the existing IT landscape. For further scaling, we would appreciate more in-depth documentation of the API interfaces and an expanded standard library for automated custom reports to further optimize internal data retrieval times and increase independence from individual development requests.
