What do you like most?
- Banquet Management - Reservations and Reception: The Control Center is excellent, offering intuitive operation and a structured overview of all bookings and guest information. - Flexible Reports and Statistics: Key performance indicators can be accessed quickly. - Interfaces to Other Systems: Simple and reliable connection to many different partner portals. - Excellent Support: The entire support team is always dedicated, friendly, and committed to finding a solution quickly. A special mention goes to Mr. Bindl, who supported us during the first six months. His exceptionally broad system knowledge and creative problem-solving skills enabled him to provide expert support for every challenge. - Continuous Development: We particularly appreciate SIHOT's ongoing development. New features and optimizations are implemented regularly, and customer feedback is incorporated into the ongoing development process.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Since we use the banquet area extensively, we would appreciate one or two additional features there. Overall, however, the system is continuously evolving and improvements are implemented regularly.
