Whilst being a very complete PMS, with a suite of tools for the everyday operations of the hotel, SIHOT remains user-friendly and flexible, with lots of reporting that makes it attractive to all sorts of properties, either chains or small hotels.

Answer:

SIHOT PMS is a well known brand in the hospitality industry for a number of reasons, but I would choose two: its modular design and it being so customer centric. They focus on customer satisfaction not only on the technology, but also on the support they provide to their customers: their assistance is often praised by our mutual customers.

It's a great product and it's seamlessly integrated to the leading channel managers in the industry, so you will be able to synchronise your online distribution with the daily operations of your hotel.
