What do you like most?
The onboarding experience was extremely positive, thanks in large part to Vincenzo's support and availability. He helped us understand not only how to use Octorate, but also how to fully leverage its potential. The real value we're seeing is the ability to centralize and automate more and more daily management tasks. From automatically sending emails and templates to guide guests through self-check-in, to managing discounts and rates, Octorate allows us to streamline processes and significantly reduce manual tasks. What we appreciate most is precisely this vision: not simply using Octorate as a management system, but leveraging the platform as a tool to optimize and automate work, connecting the various features together. Onboarding with Vincenzo was crucial for us to begin to concretely explore these possibilities and properly set up the system. And knowing we can further expand the platform's use, for example with website management and direct bookings, makes Octorate a solution we can grow with over time. Excellent onboarding support and a platform that, once you get to know it thoroughly, offers many more possibilities than you might initially imagine.
