What do you like most?
We tried two other revenue management systems over the past couple of years before landing on hotellab, and the difference has been clear from the start. The platform is reliable, the results have been strong, and honestly it's the first RMS where we felt like the tool was working with us rather than against us. The support team has been consistently responsive whenever we've had questions, which made a real difference after having less positive experiences elsewhere.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We're still exploring parts of the platform and haven't yet tapped into everything it offers, we're in regular contact with the support team and looking forward to some of the upcoming features that should help us get even more out of it.
