What do you like most?
SIHOT is a comprehensive yet intuitive PMS with a clear design and efficient workflows thanks to minimal additional clicks. Many essential functions are already included and—unlike, for example, Opera Cloud—don't need to be purchased separately at high cost. The German-speaking support is competent, reliably manages interfaces, and the system largely covers the operational requirements of everyday hotel management. Regarding the ROI assessment below, I'd like to mention that, in my opinion, it's particularly good compared to Opera Cloud!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
There is particular room for improvement in the event module, which could benefit from further development. The rights management system also remains relatively complex. Reporting and BI functions should be expanded, especially regarding the comprehensive analysis of event metrics. Furthermore, greater consideration of customer feedback during product development would be desirable.
