What do you like most?
I like the channel manager features, which support us to control allotment from every OTAs and manage reservations in one place at the PMS. The calendar also can adjust the price which supports adjusting rate very easy.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We just upgrade the PIE features which not cover our hotel expectations there is some areas that doesn't cover like setting rate & length date. The finance report also didn't meet that document as well.
