What do you like most?
Very good communicating between Front Desk, Housekeeping and Maintenance and all managers. I like the Lost & Found feature also.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Being able to speak in to the phone microphone to put in tasks my other Hotel Service Pro had this function.
