What do you like most?
I like that we can separate the hotel bill and restaurant charges. This makes our work more organized, especially when guests have different expenses during the stay. It is easier for staff to prepare the correct bills and explain the charges.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The main issue for us is that cancellation policy cannot always be set successfully. We also experienced overbooking in the past, so we have to monitor reservations more carefully. Automatic checking or alerts could reduce this manual work.
