What do you like most?
We have been working with Mews for some time now and are extremely satisfied with the system. For our hotel, it is a very complete and user-friendly PMS that truly keeps up with the times. What we especially like is that Mews continues to develop. New functionalities are added regularly, and you can see that they pay close attention to what is needed in practice. The system is clear to use, many processes can be automated, and the integrations with other systems make our daily work much easier. For us, Mews has really helped us work more efficiently and professionally. We would no longer want to go back to our previous system and can definitely recommend Mews to other hotels!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Sometimes you just want personal contact with someone. I don't say it's impossible, but it is difficult. We often receive an article, which we have already read, of course. But overall, it has always worked out well so far.
