What do you like most?
I spend a lot of time working with reservations, and the room overview is very handy for this. I can quickly check which rooms are occupied, available, or changing. It gives the front desk a better picture of the day.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Getting started was the difficult part for us. The implementation moved quite slowly and the steps did not always come one after another. We had to wait several times before reaching the next setup stage
