What do you like most?
The system makes contactless check-in and check-out easy for guests. Different modules can be connected, allowing each business to choose the setup that best fits its own needs. This flexibility makes it possible to operate hotels and hostels without a reception. At the same time, the system is easy to use and straightforward for everyone to understand. Managing multiple properties and languages is also easy. These features have improved further over the last few years, making them even simpler to handle.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
One feature we are still missing is group check-in. We use Apaleo as our PMS, and when a booking includes several reservations, such as multiple rooms or dorm beds, each person currently has to complete the check-in separately. It would be much easier if everyone in the group could check in together as part of one process. We would also love to connect our lock system to straiv. Having access and check-in in one place would make the guest experience even smoother and more effortless.
