What do you like most?
You can modify some features to your own liking. Easy to learn the system. Good connectivity to external on line channels. Easy to recognize guests data and populate new bookings. Retains credit card details for a few days after the guests have checked out. Easy to change rates. Easy to set up groups and amend groups. Simple to remove rooms from a group booking and allocate as a single entity. Ability to create a colorful chart showing the different status of guests and area from which they arrive.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Changing of data between ledger accounts. Support can be a bit erratic, but they always come back with an answer.
