What do you like most?
Happyhotel empowers me to optimize rates effectively ensuring we secure the best possible revenue at the optimal moments. When necessary, we can swiftly adjust rates manually/overwrite to capitalize on even the smallest gains, all while maintaining a competitive edge, increasing out RevPar. However, the longer the system is implemented the less we need to interfere. Also the partnership at eye level is outstanding.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Improvement constantly takes place. Which makes it easy to just wait. Also feedback is always heard and appreciated. Individual reporting could be optimized.
