What do you like most?
Response time is wonderful with Trina, when I need a new subscription to Agency or Demand she's on top of it. Along with updating our hotel's incorrect information.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Having to have multiple calls with different departments. Having one call with necessary people would be more beneficial so we're not going back and forth with follow-up items. I do think more support on the Delphi side would be helpful. We pay a lot of money for our different platforms and specifically with Delphi it would be helpful to have more 1:1 support versus just being directed to go find a guide. Usually we've tried the guide and still have further questions.
