What do you like most?
The product has a good basic approach, but unfortunately it is far from mature and after only 3 months of operation, numerous individual components have failed.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
They need to become much more professional. Instead of putting all their effort into the sales team, they should be focusing much more on their hotel partners. But these partners have already spent money, so there's not much more to be gained.
