Great response by account mánager(VIPUL) good understanding of issues, diligent to find resolution … relates well with support team … support teams are dilligent when properly addressed … this has been a huge improvement for me that was difficult with other managers …
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Ensure that the excellent performance on customer service and issue resolution of people like VIPUL is transfered to all teams facing customer service roles …. I feel lucky now but have been frustrated in the past…
