What do you like most?
It seemed like a decent tool, but since there was no trial period to try it out (even without connecting to any channel), it was not until we signed up for it that we saw certain shortcomings it had for us. However, that wasn't the worst part.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The commercial experience was quite "aggressive", trying to close the contract as soon as possible. We did so by requesting a monthly payment to try it for a month, even if it meant paying, before fully implementing it. After doing so and deciding not to use it, they told us that we had a 12-month contract. The process to cancel it was long and generated a very unpleasant experience.
