What do you like most?
I bought our first hotel 18 months ago and was then introduced to Guestpoint. Having no experience with them I expected to change to a cheaper system but the customer service was exceptional. I could reach them anytime I needed and they were always so patient and explained things well and would help with my issue. Would fully recommend them!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Would like an easier way to check in customers on the go like if we were away from the computer but I heard that Guestpoint was already working on this and would be available soon.
