What do you like most?
Agile communication between departments, traceability of complaints and incidents. Monitoring of hotel breakdowns but above all the management of room cleaning.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The reports could be more visual, sometimes you have to download them in Excel to modify them and make them more manageable. That it had an order management module between the hotel and purchasing departments.
