What do you like most?
I love having my team spend 10+ Hours per week with Hilton’s technology support because their pms does not work, or interface with another approved vendor does not works, or does not connect to a printer. Instead of proving service to our guests, we spend more time with tech support…excellent job Hilton!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Hilton entire technology stack was designed in the 90s and they have not realized it is now 2022, and it’s time to invest their own money into adequate IT infrastructure (not their franchisees). Hopefully someone wakes up at their corporate office …they are clearly asleep at the wheel.
