The reporting platform is easy to use. The product and service teams are flexible and understand the hospitality industry very well. Hence, they are able to consistently deliver results for our portfolio.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Optimization may somewhat be a black box, if not self-managed. Would be great if they can be better integrated with other attribution and reporting platforms.
