What do you like most?
This is a great tool for Direct Guest Communication and individual 1-1 service. I like working with a small company because I get direct contact with relevant persons
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
There is definitely a risk of success is with the hotel where I wish there were more capabilities for standard responses
