What do you like most?
The ease of use, you can punch in whatever service the customer requested for one time at your fingertips, you don't always make mistakes or place the wrong order because the user interface is so clear,distinct, not that you don't know what you punched or you forgot guest's order
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The tablet might fall off one's hand while in the thick of taking orders, except you strap it for ease of use, most tablets placed in guest's room get missing during check out, most times we don't want to accuse our guest of these loss as we might not see them again, replacing it increases overheads, but what can one do
