What do you like most?
We are using Hoteltime for more than 3 years and we are very satisfied. The online access from anywhere is pleasant and very useful. Easy to switch between properties. The best thing about Hoteltime is that they respond to our requests to improve and add features that we find missing while using the system.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We would appreciate the ability to have multiple windows for billing for different customers in the main booking account. Useful when a guest pays part of the bill to the company details, part privately and still wants to split the spend across multiple accounts.
