Can’t list one, I like the HotelKey at 100%, the reservations management has been smooth, operations has been smooth, rate management is smooth, what’s more you need?
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Merchant Services, sometimes syncing fails with Booking.com, nothing else other than that, everything else seems to be perfectly great software.
