What do you like most?
Used to replace Guestline and looked slick in the demonstration. Much cheaper than Guestline and easy access as cloud based
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Very poor setup - the VAT settings were incorrect. As a USA based company it is clear they have no concept of selling in Europe. Support is poor, e-mail based, and the support consultants don't seem to understand their own product.
