What do you like most?
ResNexus has awesome software with so many easy-to-use features. ResNexus allows us to fully understand our business and all of the ins and outs. Customer service is over the top. Our hospitality business coach, Tony Consolo, consistently provides us with excellent customer service. His advice and suggestions are relevant to our business, as he has taken the time to get to know us and our business. He recently offered us several good ideas to help us increase bookings in our current slump.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Our only issue is integration with some OTA's does not recognize returning guests. This is due to the OTA having a weird phone number input (i.e. 00-814-360-2434).
