What do you like most?
I have been using VikBooking and the Channel Manager for several years now and thanks to the fully automated synchronisation of all channels, there has never been a double booking. We also use the Website template based on Joomla CMS. The backend is very user-friendly and offers a wide range of options (from communicating with guests, supporting the check-in, managing bookings, pricing and invoicing to managing calendars and adverts). The support is unbeatable. This hotel management software has streamlined our operations and significantly improved guest satisfaction. The intuitive interface makes it easy for staff to manage bookings, check-ins/outs, and housekeeping tasks. The integrated channel manager has boosted our online visibility and increased direct bookings. The reporting features provide valuable insights, helping us make data-driven decisions to optimize revenue. I highly recommend ViK Booking to any hotel looking to enhance efficiency and elevate the guest experience.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
In the near future, I would like to see more functions in a PMS to be able to manage employees better, as well as the integration of AI to be able to answer guest reviews automatically, for example.
