What do you like most?
As part of online marketing, marketing automation makes a significant contribution to hotel occupancy. The automated processes generate high sales with little effort. The incentive for guests to book or come back using vouchers has already borne fruit and is already being used in all of our hotels. Especially in the higher-price segment, marketing automation is a great way to remind guests of their experience in the hotel and to come back again.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I can't currently make any suggestions for improvements to marketing automation. I have two suggestions for the newsletter tool: Automatic translations of a campaign would be great, as would displaying two buttons next to each other. Perhaps it would also be possible to set up an automatic save after a few minutes, as progress has been lost in the past.
