What do you like most?

ForSight's reporting features offer key insights into our guest's preferences and booking trends, helping us to refine our strategies. Also, the integration with DotDigital has driven more direct bookings via email, saving on third party fees. On the whole, ForSight has improved our operational efficiency and our ability to communicate with guests.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
More flexibility within the reporting sections and a better process of moving in and out of the reports, without having to reset them
