What do you like most?
Once you are working on it at regular intervals, it is easy to navigate, however, I do not feel we use it to its full potential. The goal for 2025 is to ensure we are maximizing the usage and sending out more Ezines and actioning the pre and post stay feedback forms
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
More training to be offered on the different systems. However, I do feel this is getting better as now when we call, we receive an email explaining our query and how to resolve it.
