Very customizable to the needs for your properties. Over time the system improves tailored to your needs. The dashboard does a great job of simplifying Revcalls. Forecast improves over time What I like most about Duetto is its ability to combine powerful analytics with user-friendly automation. The platform’s intuitive dashboards and clear data visualizations, like charts and graphs, make it easy to gain actionable insights. Its pricing and rate optimization tools ensure we’re always competitive in the market, while the automation features save us significant time. The real-time forecast adjustments and strategic planning capabilities help align our budget goals with market trends, delivering impressive results consistently. It’s a tool that simplifies complex processes while driving measurable revenue growth. Another reason to like Duetto is its flexibility and scalability. Whether managing a single property or a large portfolio, the platform adapts seamlessly to meet varying needs. What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Group Rates can be a bit generic not factoring in ancillary spend and comp set rates. It can feel formulaic the way it provides group rates when there are other factors to consider like ancillary, risk and growing base. While Duetto is incredibly effective, there’s always room for improvement. One area could be enhanced customization of reports and dashboards, allowing users to tailor analytics more precisely to their specific needs. Additionally, while the automation features are powerful, incorporating more advanced AI capabilities for predictive analytics and market trend forecasting could further elevate its utility. Lastly, improved onboarding resources or training for new users would help teams maximize the platform’s potential more quickly. Though I would say their support and monthly calls are excellent way to assist. These refinements could make an already excellent tool even better!
