What do you like most?
Security, is the best. We think that it’s very important to keep our guests secure and with 4suites we feel safe.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Maybe with a 24/7 call center, when there is an urgent problem. We do get a quick reply in general but since we are located in Mexico, the time is different and we have to wait a while to be attended.
