What do you like most?
One of the best things about the OPS is how it keeps our team in sync. The platform helps us manage tasks and communication smoothly, even when some members of the team are working remotely. It’s made coordination a lot easier, so we can focus more on guest needs rather than organizing detials.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It would be really useful if there was a feature to prioritize tasks within the platform. Having a prority filter would help us tackle the most important issues faster.
