What do you like most?
We use Elina PMS to manage 2 self-catering complexes with 20 properties collectively. Elina has noticeably improved company turnover through (a) now being able to take advantage of non-standard stay durations and arrival days, and (b) through the use of their preferred channel manager now having an extended season beyond what is typical for the Channel Islands (our location). However, what really sets Elina apart is the absolutely excellent support provided. The team are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They understand my specific processes - we are not just another name on their client list. And are very prompt in responding. I really don't think that our business would be as successful if it hadn't been for the implementation of this PMS. As you can tell, I am a fan!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
- Can be a click-heavy system to use, partly because of the need for so many options to suit all styles of business. - Whilst the support team are excellent, it can be difficult to find what is needed in the online Help - which could do with guidance more focussed on answering questions. - Not as modern in terms of user-interface as some other systems I have seen. But Elina is clear and well-organised and what it lacks in 'pizzazz' it makes up for in features and reliability.
